Meaning 'June Dawn' in the ancient, Gallurese dialect, this is Capichera's interpretation of the Syrah grape from the single vineyard of Palau and Arzachena. A focused and generous wine with crushed-berry and light flower character. Shows such finesse and beauty. Medium body and integrated tannins that are polished and pretty. Harmonious.

Vinification: A project which began 15 years ago with the intuition that Syrah vines, planted on the granite soil of the Capichera vineyards could express themselves in a unique way. SouthEast/East facing vineyards, 50-80 metres above sea level. This is only the 2nd vintage of this wine which is vinified traditionally then aged for 12 months in barrique with a further 12 months in bottle.
